While some people may dislike the idea of going without their phone for prolonged periods,\u00a0others experience fear or anxiety\u00a0about losing connectivity from their mobile phone, leading to agitation,\u00a0changes in breathing, and other symptoms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0Nomophobia is similar to other psychological conditions related to fears of certain things. It also shares a connection with other types\u00a0of anxiety disorders. Research shows that several potential psychological conditions, such as\u00a0social anxiety\u00a0or panic disorder, may appear in a person before the\u00a0development of nomophobia.
